Physical Distancing - If you arrive early for your appointment while someone else is in the salon, we ask that you wait in your vehicle or outside until we are ready for you. We will notify you via text or call.
Clients must come to their appointments alone. We ask that you do not bring friends or family, children and pets included.
Cleanliness and PPE - All clients are required to wear a disposable mask to their appointment. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided to you for free. Unfortunately, clients who refuse to wear a mask will not be able to receive service until a time that they are able to wear one, or masks are no longer requires.
Any client with symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, dry cough, difficulty breathing or shortness of breath) will be asked to leave the salon and may not return for 14 days or until they have taken a COVID-19 test which comes back negative.
Your service provider will be wearing a mask for your appointment. We take extreme caution to sanitize all tools and touch points to ensure a safe area for each client coming in. We have a mandatory 10 minute disinfection period after each client, where the station and any used areas are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before allowing the next client to enter.
Cancellation - Appointments may be cancelled 3 hours in advance by calling 647-830-0378.
Late Arrivals - There is a 15 minute grace period to allow for unpredictable traffic. If you expect to be 15 minutes or later, please call ahead to ensure we have the time to take you. One late client can throw off our entire schedule and cause out other clients to be late for their commitments. Therefore, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to refuse partial or complete services.
Refunds - If you are unhappy with your services in the salon, please make us aware before you pay. We will adjust then to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied. No refunds will be given after you have left the salon.
Refunds - No refunds will be made for press on nails due to sanitary reasons. If you have an issue with your press on nails, or you find one is not fitting properly, please contact us and we will work on getting the issue resolved!
